Its funny coz im paying the rent, Im paying the association dues, but Im the one with no power lol. I want sky cable to watch european football, I cant because these bastards in cgs have an exclusive with destiny. I want a fast internet connection like pldt dsl, I cant because these bastards again have an exclusive with globe. But wait, theres more folks, these criminals now dictate where I can buy my gas as well lol. The people who run cgs are criminals.

CGS Admin and Security Modus Operandi!

We’ve been telling the admin to install surveillance cameras in strategic places instead of biometric bullshit!!... We’re wondering why they won’t do it. Maybe they don’t want to see their own men caught steeling!! We always suspects that the admin & the security are in connivance with burglars. The admin provides the information & the security acts as look-out!! Now the entrance is design to temporarily hold the unit dwellers (residents) so the security would have time to notify the burglars. What a clever idea!!

Bravo Biometrics!!!

I witnessed one resident irritated because the biometrics scanner was not functioning and it took her more that 07 mins before the computer recognized her print.

Grocery Store Entrance

We have the worst Condo admin in the world!!! The buildings are dilapidated (especially Anaheim 1), the elevators smells bad, the floors are poorly maintained (a lot of cracks). And now they want to make the entrance look like a grocery or LRT entrance!!! There’s no class in here!! You won’t be proud living in this kind of condo!!! It’s like shit in here!!!

Security?

I just saw a female walked pass the guards at the exit gate without being noticed. No wonder there are alot of burglaries inside CGS.

Tight Security?

One time I was appalled because it was 12 past midnight when I heard something coming from the fire exit so I went near it to investigate. I caught the two culprits doing something censored the male is a familiar face (One of the security guards, not in uniform at that time maybe because he’s off-duty) The female is one of the helper from the other building, they both ran down the stairs. I report it to the guard on duty and he just brushes it off, never check as if he knew already.

Breach of security

For many times I saw the security guard not in his post because he’s taking the trash or having a chit-chat with some female helpers.

Monopoly of internet & cable services

Only Destiny Cable and Globe DSL are allowed inside California Garden Square, now that’s MONOPOLY!!! As a resident we DON’T HAVE A FREEDOM to choose which provider to subscribe to for our CABLE or DSL (Internet connection) services.

Elevators not Checked

I know there is a law requiring all buildings to have their elevators inspected by the local city engineer office annually and the certificate should be posted conspicuously inside the elevator. For everyone’s info there’s none in any of the elevators inside California Garden Square.

Water Supply Sucks!!

Problem with water supply is common in California Garden Square; everyday water supply would be cut-off without warning! Imagine yourself inside the bathroom at that time taking a bath and suddenly there’s no water, how would you feel? Worst what if you’re in the toilet “unloading”?

I wish you lots of success in your dealings with the administration in California Gardens. After my experience in Paragon Plaza, I am unwilling to stay in another condo!

Common sense !!!!

If CGS admin think that Biometrics is so good and way better, then why did they installed surveillance camera in the elevators? They should have installed the Biometrics instead… What do you think? I guess common sense is not common anymore….

Martial Law declared on 01 May 09!!!

Implementation of Biometrics starts 01 May 09 without properly informing the residents!!!! A lot of people didn't know how it will affect their lives and how disadvantageous it is.

If they can do this without taking into consideration of the opinion of all the residents. who can stop them from implementing anything?

We won’t be surprised if next month they will start to implement:
Curfew to all residents
or the
No long hair for male policy!!!
