san francisco garden square

i have some friends who bought condo units in eastwood (megaworld developer also), ganon rin reklamo nila. Ibang iba sa pinakita nung model unit, it's like a whole new different unit. Kaya they were trying to sell it instead. Another is if i'm not mistaken the san francisco garden square (mandaluyong) is their project also. I was suppose to get a unit there, but when checking around it seems that there many "unfinished?" construction or maybe its just the way it is already, with exposed pipe, open ceiling etc, and i can't recall what's the problem with the elevator.
