Eastwood

I am currently staying at a Megaworld built property in Eastwood. Dalawang properties na ang natirahan ko dito and I am not happy except for the fact that my office is just within the vicinity so it is convenient for me. Medyo madami na din ako napansin na kakaiba sa mga units. Yung unang tinirahan ko binaha pa nung typhoon Ondoy so I chose to move out. Hindi ko lang mai-post yung extent ng masamang experience na inabot ko during that typhoon pero eto summary. Walang elevator and there also was no water supply for about a week. Lumipat na lang kami ng bahay.

Madami kelangan ipa-repair kasi hindi maganda ang pagkakagawa. May mga structural defects as a few posters have mentioned. Pansin ko din na hindi maganda ang quality ng mga ginamit. Mukhang en grande sa labas, pero parang low cost housing sa loob.
