anyone here who purchased a condo unit from megaworld? care to share your experience?

in my case - HASSLE!!! i got this lease to own scheme from megaworld... GREENBELT PARKPLACE
- sabi nila, move in by January 2006 - turnover na daw, tapos naturnover ***, March na ata.
- tapos sabi nila may phone lines na daw - WALA PA!!! technically, they just mentioned "provisions" -- may phone line sockets, pero wala pang linya ang buong building!! hanggat ngayon! JULY NA!!!! ang masama pa, pag tinanong mo ang admin - di nila alam kung kailan
- sabi nila magkaka cable na rin - WALA PA!!!
- tinext pa ako ng agent, magkaka GYM daw at Billiards room - DI NA ATA AKO AASA DUN!
- sad part is, they showed me PASEO PARKVIEW and the model unit sa FORT - wow! ganda, I even took pictures to remind me of what to expect, kasi di pa open yun Parkplace when I decided to buy (shtoopid me)
Anyway, sa Parkview maluwag ang common area nila, the pool was nice, big space - ganon din daw sa PARKPLACE - NOT!!! sobrang layo pati dun sa picture sa brochure, i guess they just recycled the images used with the other projects
- pwede na din mag swimming sa Greenbelt Parkplace, pero weirdo sila - dapat daw naka trunks ka!!! WAHAHAHAHA!!! P.E. class ang dating - naka-board shorts ako nun ah, never pinagbawal sa lahat ng swimming pool na pinuntahan ko sa buhay ko - proper swimming attire eh! BOBO lang siguro ang admin at security ng Greenbelt Parkplace.. pero wag naman sana sobrang bobo, kawawa naman kami mga na-"UTO" bumili dun. so pinagsabihan ko yun guard, hahaha.. kapal pa, sabi *** pagbibigyan daw ako ngayon lang, may sayad ata yun... sabi ko hinde, di mo ako pinagibibigyan - at wala akong hinihingi syo - hehe, sabay talon sa pool dba! hahaha. tapos may isang daddy dun, na siguro sinabihan nung guard din kasi naka shorts, di nya masamahan anak nya kasi pinagbawalan ata sya, hehe.. nung nakita nya ako, talon na rin sya... kabobohan kasi yun guidelines eh.
So far yun ang mga hassle sa Greenbelt Parkplace, i'm sure madami pa.. di pa kasi ako tumitira dun so di ko pa nakita lahat, kahit over 4 months na ako nagbabayad ng association dues - para lang tumambay at magswim paminsan minsan. wala pa kasing phone line at cable eh, ang lousy!!!
haaay... feels good to finally share this - i hope its different with other Megaworld Developed Properties. ..... i hope....
