Sa One Orchard Eastwood mabagal sila pag may complaint ka. Nung minsan nag babayad ako ng Association Dues, may pumunta may leak daw yung ceiling nila. Naiinis na kasi more than a week na wala pa daw pumupunta. Sabi lang lagi na may pupunta daw.
Sabi naman nung nag rent ng unit namin, so far naman daw wala siya problema na mabagal. Binibigyan niya ata yung mga maintenance hehehe. Kulang nga daw tauhan yung Condo kaya malamang yun reason kaya ang bagal pag may complaint ka.
Ang napansin ko pangit sa One Orchard at ibang condo ng MegaWorld. Wala natural light or hangin sa loob. Kulob na kulob. Maganda yung ginawa nung Tivoli Gardens. Every 3rd floor may opening sila. kaya natural light and air nakapasok.
