I am a resident at Cambridge Village, a project developed by Empire East Land Holdings Inc, a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation. Some 150 plus residents of Cambridge Village decided that we should take action against the developer for many issues, notwithstanding the fact that there is no License to Sell on the project, plus the developer keepds altering the development. We have filed now both a civil case through Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, and a criminal damages case through the Taytay prosecutors office. You should always fight for your rights, otherwise these large developers will continue to run rings around buyers, doing what they want, and getting away with it. It is these fat cat developers who are taking people's hard earned money to fill theirs and their stock holders pockets.
