We're enjoining all unit owners and residents to join CGS Community Support Group and its advocacy to fight for the rights of residents of this gated community. So much has been said about our community and we need to grow our strength in numbers to actually have something done right now! If you own a unit and want to further improve the services offered by the current management group headed by First Oceanic Property Management (FOPM) then our SEC-registered non-profit group is your advocate. Our goal is to consolidate all 2,800+ unit owners and provide them with timely updates and news so more can be done to make sure the Association Dues we pay goes back to the owners by way of transparency and accountability.
